插入图片还是有错误php_error.log

感觉有个文件和IE9冲突吧，不管怎么传图片都无法插入到文章中求解决错误信息如下：发生错误后，在admin/fckeditor/dialog/下生成一个php_error.log文件

能否加一个“粘贴图片”的按钮，解决下这个问题，还有希望增加自动转换图片大小的功能，就是不管是多少分辨率的照片，都能直接上传，传上去就自动缩小到后台指定的大小
这样做可以节省主机空间啊，像优酷就能做到不管什么格式的视频上传后都给转成标准的flash影片。
