还是logo右边的空白问题

我用的模板编号：2883 gyzp-110415-a21
按照帖子内容 http://bbs.sitestar.cn/viewthread.php?tid=3030&highlight=ogo 添加代码，并自行添加一些链接，

修改/wwwroot/template/gyzp-110415-a21/layout/layout.php 文件

实际效果如下：

疑问：text-align: center 为何所有链接，包括搜索框都在右边了呢？如何才能让这些链接均匀布置在logo右边。。。。
